Guests at the Bakadaji Hotel have a choice of two restaurants:
"Bakadaji Village" Restaurant
The "Bakadaji Village" is the hotel?s main restaurant. Tables are arranged around a typical open-air village square. Twice a week a traditional African buffet is served, accompanied by performances of traditional African dance and drum rhythms by the Afro-ballet group Allatentu, as well as Kora and Ballaphon players, and Sabar drum and dance groups.
The "Bakadaji Village" is a popular venue among local Gambians, who chose it for business events and to celebrate birthdays, weddings and other happy occasions.
The "Afra" Restaurant
Located next to the main hotel entrance, the "Afra"is an open-air restaurant. It is popular among Gambians and visitors alike. The "Afra" is best known for its chargrilled dishes, such as chicken, shrimps, burgers and so forth. The bar is fully stocked with all kinds of drinks at very reasonable prices. . |
